MAIDAO GLASS · CHINESE GLASS MANUFACTURER

Glass spirit bottles for your brand

A spirit’s identity begins with the bottle in your customer’s hand. An existing shape can anchor your range; a custom mould becomes relevant when the silhouette itself is part of the brand.

FIND YOUR PRODUCT FAMILY

Vodka, gin, liquor and ice-wine bottle formats.

Each format raises its own questions about filling, closure and presentation. Your selected family leads to detailed options, fittings and ordering considerations.

Gin Bottles

4 catalogue designs

Gin Bottles

Your gin bottle has to stand out on the shelf and work behind the bar. The shoulder, grip and footprint affect how you store and serve it. An existing body lets you evaluate the stopper and label before commissioning new tooling.

Ice Wine Bottles

9 catalogue designs

Ice Wine Bottles

A tall dessert-wine bottle gives a small fill a distinctive presence. Its height, slender body and long neck also affect the label, closure and carton. Existing icewine references let you compare those proportions before commissioning a proprietary silhouette.

Liquor Bottles

4 catalogue designs

Liquor Bottles

Your liqueur or spirit can call for a broad decanter, a slender bottle or a more familiar retail shape. Capacity alone does not tell you how those packs compare. The colour of the contents, stopper system and artwork help turn the glass reference into a brand decision.

Vodka Bottles

5 catalogue designs

Vodka Bottles

Your vodka bottle can express the brand through clarity, proportions and the way it feels in the hand. Tall profiles, broad bodies and heavier-looking bases create different impressions. The actual dimensions, closure and glass specification let your team compare those choices beyond a rendering.

APPLICATION & SELECTION

Your silhouette, market size and closure form one design decision.

A bottle family may give your range a common identity across capacities. A custom mould is worth considering when an existing silhouette cannot carry the concept you want.

Build a bottle range that carries your identity.

The capacity for your market

Your destination market and declared fill volume guide the capacity choice. A coherent bottle family can carry the same visual identity across different sizes.

The closure as part of the design

Cork and screw closures need different finish specifications. Your closure choice affects the opening experience, appearance and production setup.

Decoration or a new shape

An existing clear bottle may achieve your brand direction through decoration. A new mould becomes relevant when your brand needs a different body shape.

CLOSURES & FITTINGS

The part your customer opens, pours or presses.

The fitting is part of your packaging specification. Neck dimensions, contact parts and the intended filling process belong in the same review.

Bar-top closures

The stopper shank and bottle bore form the fit. Top shape and material also contribute to the opening experience.

Screw-cap finishes

A screw closure needs the corresponding finish dimensions; it is a separate bottle version from a stopper finish.

Glass stoppers

The stopper, seal and bottle finish are evaluated as an assembly. The chosen style does not establish compatibility by itself.

Capsules & presentation

Closure colour, overcaps and secondary packing can extend the brand treatment beyond the bottle body.

BRAND FINISHES

Give an existing design your own identity.

Your colour, printed artwork or label can make a familiar shape recognisable as your product. Frosting, spray colour, screen printing, decals and hot stamping form part of the Shandong decoration route.

A physical decorated sample gives your team a reference for colour, placement and appearance on the selected glass.

CUSTOM MOULD DEVELOPMENT

A new shape has its own development decision.

Your silhouette, closure and capacity establish the brief before production tooling. Custom-mould reference minimums are 12,000 extra-flint pieces or 50,000 standard-flint pieces, subject to the chosen design and quotation.

Mould stages, cost references and approvals →

MOQ, SAMPLES & EXPORT

Plan the order around the selected package.

Minimum order

Existing designs have production minimums. Your glass grade, design and finish define the order terms; custom development has a separate tooling and MOQ route.

Production timing

The schedule includes the selected glass, decoration and approvals. An existing mould and a new shape have different development requirements.

Samples

A physical sample makes the container and closure tangible. Decoration and custom-shape approval may need separate sample stages.

Export packing

Cartons, dividers and pallets change loading and handling. Your destination and packing requirements belong in the quotation.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY IN CHINA

Your glass has a production and inspection route.

MAIDAO INDUSTRY’s 14 production lines span 2 production areas: our own Xuzhou plant and owned, invested and long-term contracted capacity in Shandong.

Bottle mouths and sealing surfaces receive 100% checks. Your product-use trials and requested documents apply to the actual glass, fittings and decoration you select.

SAMPLES & APPROVAL

A sample makes your next decision tangible.

The bottle, chosen closure and decoration reference give your team a fuller view of the finished presentation than an undecorated bottle alone.

The container, fitted closure and finish each contribute to the result. Your intended filling and use conditions establish what the sample evaluation needs to cover.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO TOOLING

Existing design or custom mould?

A real bottle sample can show whether an existing shape already works for your brief. A custom mould becomes relevant when the silhouette or a required specification needs to change.

Your spirits packaging questions

Which spirit bottle sizes can I compare?

Each design lists its own catalogue capacities. Vodka, gin and liquor families can offer different size ranges; the specific reference determines the choices to compare.

Does custom decoration require a new bottle mould?

Decoration and bottle-shape development are different routes. Your existing shape may remain suitable when you change only the finish or artwork.

Are cork and screw closures interchangeable?

No. The bottle neck finish must suit the selected closure. The final drawing and sample define the version for your order.

Can the bottle be decorated with my branding?

Yes. Frosting, colour spraying, printing, decals and hot stamping are available through the decoration route. Your chosen glass and artwork define the decorated sample to approve.

How do I compare an existing design with a custom mould?

An existing design lets you assess a real container first. Custom tooling is a separate investment when the body shape or a required specification cannot be met by an existing design.
