Glass decoration options for your brand.
Your bottle shape and artwork help determine which treatments suit the package. Different finishes bring different sample, handling and packing requirements.
Spraying & frosting
Colour treatments and frosted finishes change the appearance of the glass surface. Your physical reference helps define the intended result.
Hot stamping & plating
Metallic effects add another finishing route. Their suitability depends on the glass, decoration design and complete package specification.

A physical sample gives colour a shared reference.
Your artwork file defines the design, but it cannot show every detail of the finished glass. A decorated sample lets you assess colour, position and appearance on the actual form.
Your closure and secondary packaging also affect the result. Sample approval should cover the combination you intend to order.

Decoration has its own production terms.
An existing glass design may still need a separate decoration batch. The treatment, artwork and selected quantity influence pricing and timing.
Your quote needs to identify the glass, closure, decoration and packing scope. A price for a plain bottle does not describe the cost of a fully finished package.

The artwork file and the approved glass must agree.

Does MAIDAO have its own decoration operation?
Yes. MAIDAO INDUSTRY has its own deep-processing operation in Shandong. Available treatments include screen printing, spraying, frosting, hot stamping, plating and labelling.
Can I see the finish before ordering decorated bottles?
A decorated sample is the route for reviewing the intended appearance. Sample availability, development charges and timing depend on your glass and artwork requirements.
Does decoration make an existing design a custom mould project?
No. Decoration can change the appearance of an existing glass shape. New tooling becomes relevant when you change the bottle shape or dimensions.
