Existing closure
A closure reference or drawing helps identify the finish to compare with your selected bottle.
MAIDAO GLASS · MANUFACTURED IN CHINA
A good-looking bottle is only the start of your package. MAIDAO GLASS brings existing glass designs, custom development, decoration and packing into the discussion so your choices work together.
Find My Packaging Options
Your capacity, bottle shape and preferred closure narrow the choice before new tooling becomes part of the discussion. The four application ranges lead to food, drinks, spirits and beauty packaging.
Existing designs do not imply immediate stock availability. Your chosen item, glass, quantity and decoration determine the supply terms.
| Your decision | Existing bottle design | New custom mould |
|---|---|---|
| What changes | Decoration, label, closure and pack configuration within the design limits | Bottle silhouette, dimensions and finish defined through development |
| First useful evidence | The selected glass sample and bottle/closure drawings | Production drawing, appearance model and actual glass samples |
| Tooling | Existing glass tooling; additional work priced if required | Separate prototype, sample-mould and production-tooling stages |
| Minimum order | Design- and category-specific; existing super-flint spirits baseline 6,000–12,000 pcs | Custom baseline 12,000 extra-flint/super flint or 50,000 standard flint pcs |
| Timing | Availability, production and decoration schedule | Development approvals plus production and finishing schedule |
| Best reason to choose | The shape already fits your brief | The shape or functional dimensions are central to your brief |
When your product needs a distinctive outline or dimensions, a custom mould opens a different route. A sketch, drawing or reference sample can begin development.
You review the design through drawing and sample stages. The tooling and decoration scope should be clear before committing to a production run.
Your preferred cap, stopper, pump or dropper belongs in the brief from the start. A similar-looking opening is not enough information to establish compatibility.
The bottle finish, closure dimensions and intended use define what needs checking. A mouth inspection alone does not validate the performance of a filled bottle-and-closure system.
A closure reference or drawing helps identify the finish to compare with your selected bottle.
Your dispensing, sealing and appearance requirements help narrow the bottle-and-closure combination.
The finished dimensions, decoration and closure determine the carton and divider requirements.

Screen printing, spraying, frosting, hot stamping, plating and labelling offer different ways to develop the same glass shape. MAIDAO INDUSTRY has its own decoration operation in Shandong.
Your artwork and physical sample help align appearance expectations. Available treatments depend on the selected glass and decoration specification.

| You already have… | Useful input | Next decision |

| Your own cap or pump | Closure sample/drawing and intended product | Establish bottle-finish compatibility |
