01

Choosing your glass bottle route

Are you a manufacturer in China?

Yes. MAIDAO GLASS is a glass bottle and jar manufacturer under MAIDAO INDUSTRY. Our own Xuzhou plant and our own, invested and long-term contracted Shandong capacity form the production network.

Can I start with a bottle or cap I already use?

Yes. Your reference bottle or closure gives us a practical starting point. Capacity, drawing information, intended product and quantity help define the options to assess.

Does an existing design mean it is in stock?

No. Existing designs use established shapes or tooling, but availability depends on the selected item and order. Decoration and closures can add separate production requirements.

02

Samples and approval

Are all glass samples free?

No blanket free-sample offer applies. Your chosen design, decoration, tooling and courier arrangements determine the cost of the request.

What can I approve from an acrylic model?

You can assess the proposed form and proportions. Acrylic does not establish glass, filling or sealing performance; those decisions need the appropriate glass sample and tests.

Can I receive samples with my decoration?

A decorated sample is available as a project route. The glass, artwork, treatment and development scope determine its charges and schedule.

03

Custom moulds and quantities

What are the custom bottle minimums?

Our current custom-mould baseline is 12,000 pieces for extra-flint/super flint and 50,000 for standard flint. Existing super-flint spirits designs use a separate 6,000–12,000 baseline; other categories need their own terms.

Can you sign an NDA before I send my design?

Yes. An NDA is available on request. Confidentiality arrangements can be agreed before you share sensitive design material.

Who owns the mould and what happens when it wears out?

Ownership, exclusivity, maintenance and replacement terms belong in your tooling agreement. The project quotation should identify the scope; we do not imply a universal free-replacement policy here.

Is there one standard lead time for every custom bottle?

No. Design revisions, sample work, decoration approval and production scheduling affect the timeline. Your project needs dates tied to those decisions.

04

Your quality documents and delivery

What does your ISO 9001 certificate cover?

The certificate holder is MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD and the stated scope is glass products sales. It is not a blanket product-test report or manufacturing-scope certificate.

Can I request a residual-stress report with my order?

Yes. A residual-stress report can accompany the order on request. The required documents and test scope need agreement for your selected package.

Can production be dispatched in stages?

Staged dispatch or storage requires agreement on quantity, duration, charges and release arrangements. A production minimum does not automatically include free storage.

How do I compare a glass quote with freight included?

The bottle, closure, decoration and packing scope should be clear first. Your quotation should then state the named delivery location or port and the included responsibilities.

Turn your packaging question into a specific brief.

A bottle reference, closure and intended use help us review the options that matter to your project.
