Existing glass sample
For assessing the selected bottle or jar in hand. Your closure reference helps define matching checks. Availability needs confirmation for the selected design.
MAIDAO GLASS · MANUFACTURED IN CHINA
Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you pay the courier. A decorated sample or new shape follows a separate quotation, so you can choose the right trial before spending on tooling.
Request My Glass Samples
Your sample request can focus on the shape, closure or decorated appearance you want to assess. A plain glass sample, an appearance prototype and a decorated sample are not interchangeable.
For assessing the selected bottle or jar in hand. Your closure reference helps define matching checks. Availability needs confirmation for the selected design.
For assessing a proposed custom shape before glass tooling. Acrylic does not demonstrate glass, sealing or filling performance.
For reviewing glass from a sample mould, with decoration when included in the development brief. The agreed specification defines the tests and approval scope.
| Sample route | What it helps you approve | What it cannot establish alone |
|---|---|---|
| Existing glass | Form, glass appearance and bottle/closure trial | Live availability or every batch performance |
| Acrylic appearance model | Shape, proportions and handling | Glass weight distribution, sealing or filling performance |
| Glass from a sample mould | Actual material, finish and agreed package tests | Automatic approval of every production or filling condition |
| Decorated sample | Artwork, colour and finish on the glass | Long-term compatibility without the agreed tests |
Your drawing records the new shape and dimensions. The physical sample gives you a reference for its form and appearance. Decoration adds its own colour and artwork-position decisions.
A sample viewed on a desk cannot, by itself, establish performance on your filling line. Closure compatibility and the intended filling process need their own agreed checks.

Your plain stock-glass sample is free when the selected reference is available. You cover the courier, using your courier account or an agreed shipping charge.
Your decoration, closure components and custom tooling have a separate scope and cost. The sample quotation identifies the included parts and preparation time before dispatch.
| Stage | What you receive | Planning reference | Approval decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Available plain stock glass | Your selected reference for handling and agreed trials | Free glass; buyer pays courier | Selected reference, included components and dispatch arrangements |
| Design brief | Drawing and development scope | Project-specific quotation | Shape, capacity and neck finish |
| Acrylic prototype | Physical appearance model | ≈ US$500 · ~10 days | Form and handling; no glass-performance conclusion |
| Sample mould | Glass samples for the agreed review and decoration scope | ≈ US$1,200 · ~35 days | Glass, closure and finish checks |
| Production tooling | Tooling for the approved design | ≈ US$1,200–2,200 | Tooling scope and planned production run |
An approval record should identify what you examined and what remains open. This makes a repeat order easier to compare with the original project.

YOUR PURCHASING QUESTIONS
Your available plain stock-glass samples are free, and you cover the courier. Decoration, closure components and custom tooling are quoted separately; the sample request confirms what is included.
Yes. Your closure reference and bottle choice help us define a sample request for the complete package.
Timing depends on whether the design already exists, whether glass needs producing, and whether decoration or a new mould is involved. Courier time is separate from sample preparation.
Your product reference, sample purpose, closure requirement and delivery country help define the right sample request.
