MAIDAO GLASS · CHINA MANUFACTURER

Liquor Bottles for Spirits and Liqueur Brands

Your liqueur or spirit can call for a broad decanter, a slender bottle or a more familiar retail shape. Capacity alone does not tell you how those packs compare. The colour of the contents, stopper system and artwork help turn the glass reference into a brand decision.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering liquor bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

For your existing super-flint spirits design, the MOQ planning range is 6,000–12,000 pieces. Your selected glass, fitting and decoration determine the actual offer.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your liquor bottles will work.

One capacity, different proportions

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Two bottles can hold the same nominal volume while differing in height, label area, grip and carton footprint.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your selected samples should be compared as complete packs. External dimensions, glass weight and the position of the filled liquid give your team a better basis than capacity alone.

The liquid and the closure

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Different spirits and liqueurs can create different contact and pouring requirements. A closure chosen for appearance still needs a suitable specification.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your actual product and bottling conditions should accompany the bottle and closure references. The assembled sample and relevant component information support a project-specific assessment.

Clear glass and a coloured product

THE PURCHASE DECISION

The bottle can frame the liquid or obscure it through decoration. The visual result may change with the filled colour and level.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your filled sample is useful for reviewing the label, base and shoulder together. A glass grade or finish should be selected against the appearance being approved, rather than a generic premium claim.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your liquor bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

T-top stoppers

The stopper section, bore and visible top form a complete closure brief, including the intended opening experience.

Screw finishes

Your cap reference needs a matching bottle finish and a compatible bottling route.

Decorative capsules

Capsule dimensions follow the neck and closure. The actual assembled height matters for cartons and gift boxes.

Pouring accessories

Any insert or serving accessory adds another fit and contact requirement to the package.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected liquor bottles.

Your liquid colour can be part of the bottle identity. Printing, a defined label panel or selective frosting can work with that colour while leaving the shape readable. The finished sample establishes the interaction of glass, liquid and artwork.

WHEN THE SHAPE NEEDS TO CHANGE

Custom liquor bottles development.

An existing decanter or spirit shape may suit a new label with appropriate decoration. Custom development is useful when a new shoulder, base or proprietary feature is essential. The closure and filled-pack handling remain inputs to that work.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your liquor bottles.

Our glass checks and your finished-product evaluation serve different purposes. The selected liqueur, stopper and decoration need a defined suitability review; a general test image cannot establish every configuration.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order liquor bottles.

Can the same bottle be used for different spirits?

The glass shape may be a candidate, but the actual liquid, closure and intended process need assessment for each configuration.

Does a larger-looking bottle hold more?

Not necessarily. A thick base or broad shoulders can change the visual size. The listed capacity and drawing provide the measurable reference.

Can I order a coordinated family of sizes?

A family can be reviewed from existing references or through custom development. Each size still needs its own drawing, closure and packing specification.

Do you manufacture liquor bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
