Gin Bottles for Your Glass, Shape and Stopper Brief

Your gin bottle has to stand out on the shelf and work behind the bar. The shoulder, grip and footprint affect how you store and serve it. An existing body lets you evaluate the stopper and label before commissioning new tooling.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering gin bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

For your existing super-flint spirits design, the MOQ planning range is 6,000–12,000 pieces. Your selected glass, fitting and decoration determine the actual offer.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your gin bottles will work.

The silhouette in a crowded bar

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A distinctive body can help the brand stand out, but its footprint and grip also affect storage and serving.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your bottle sample should be assessed filled and closed, alongside the intended label and shelf space. The actual dimensions establish the practical limits of a shape that may look very different in a photograph.

The neck bore and your stopper

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A T-top stopper needs a specified relationship with the bottle bore. The visible top does not tell you how the lower section fits.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your stopper reference, bore drawing and desired opening experience belong in the same approval. The assembled sample makes insertion, removal and appearance concrete before the closure artwork is fixed.

Glass stopper or cork-style closure

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A glass stopper and a cork-style closure can create different impressions and different technical interfaces. They should not be exchanged on appearance alone.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

The selected bottle finish must suit the closure system. Any seal or fitment needs evaluation with the actual gin and intended handling, and the approved assembly should be recorded as one configuration.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your gin bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

T-top stopper

Top material and visible shape contribute to the brand. The lower stopper section must correspond to the selected bore.

Glass stopper system

The bottle finish, stopper and sealing component require a matched design. The appearance does not establish interchangeability.

Screw closure

A screw finish offers a different opening route. The bottle and cap specifications need to match your bottling operation.

Capsule or band

Your approved closure and bottle dimensions define the neck treatment. The artwork review uses that complete assembly.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected gin bottles.

Your label, printing or selective frosting can build on an existing silhouette. A decorated sample lets you see the artwork around facets, shoulders and embossing.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your gin bottles.

Your bottle-mouth checks address the glass finish. The assembled stopper still needs evaluation with your gin and intended handling. A good-looking fit alone does not establish sealing performance.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order gin bottles.

Can I use a glass stopper on any gin bottle?

No. The bottle finish, stopper and sealing component need a compatible specification. The selected assembly should be assessed with your product.

Can an existing bottle still look distinctive?

Yes. Stopper choice, label placement and glass decoration can change the complete presentation. The result should be reviewed on a decorated, assembled sample.

Can I copy the dimensions of a bottle I already use?

Your reference bottle and drawing provide a comparison basis. Tooling feasibility, closure fit and any rights to the design need to be resolved for the project.

Do you manufacture gin bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
