MAIDAO GLASS · CHINA MANUFACTURER

Vodka Bottles for Your Brand and Bottling Requirements

Your vodka bottle can express the brand through clarity, proportions and the way it feels in the hand. Tall profiles, broad bodies and heavier-looking bases create different impressions. The actual dimensions, closure and glass specification let your team compare those choices beyond a rendering.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering vodka bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

For your existing super-flint spirits design, the MOQ planning range is 6,000–12,000 pieces. Your selected glass, fitting and decoration determine the actual offer.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your vodka bottles will work.

The base and the complete weight

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A substantial base changes the appearance and handling of a bottle. The visual impression alone does not establish the glass weight or packing load.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your selected drawing and sample give the specification a measurable basis. The full pack weight and carton arrangement should be reviewed alongside the desired look, particularly when changing from an existing format.

Capacity for the intended market

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A catalogue capacity is a product reference, not a statement that a particular fill is permitted everywhere. Different destinations may have different requirements.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your destination and declared contents belong in the brief. The required nominal fill, usable capacity and headspace should be distinguished in the selected bottle specification; regulatory eligibility needs its own check.

The closure your line can handle

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Cork-style and screw closures create different neck and equipment requirements. A similar body shape does not make them interchangeable.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your bottling setup and closure reference help narrow the appropriate finish. The assembled sample supports evaluation of insertion, removal, sealing and appearance with the actual product.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your vodka bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

T-top closures

Your stopper and bore need a specified match. The top material and branding complete the visual sample.

Screw caps

The thread and cap dimensions belong with the bottle drawing and bottling requirements.

Capsules and bands

The neck treatment follows the selected closure. Its dimensions and application need assessment on the complete pack.

Existing closure references

A closure already used by your brand provides a useful starting point, subject to dimensional and performance evaluation.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected vodka bottles.

Your vodka artwork needs a trial on the selected bottle. Frosting, printing and selective colour change how the spirit shows through. A decorated sample lets you compare the base, shoulder and label together.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your vodka bottles.

Glass clarity, capacity and the sealing finish address different parts of the specification. Your filled-package and closure trials remain necessary; visual quality alone does not establish the performance of the assembled bottle.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order vodka bottles.

Do you offer different spirit-bottle capacities?

The available catalogue references are shown with their listed capacities. Your destination and intended fill determine which of those references is appropriate to evaluate.

Can I develop a heavier-looking base?

A base concept can be reviewed in custom development. The actual glass distribution, weight, manufacturability and packing implications belong in the drawing and sample approval.

Can we frost only part of the bottle?

Selective decoration can be reviewed against the chosen shape and artwork. The decorated sample establishes the boundary, appearance and finish for approval.

Do you manufacture vodka bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
