Ice Wine Bottles for Your Winery and Bottling Line

A tall dessert-wine bottle gives a small fill a distinctive presence. Its height, slender body and long neck also affect the label, closure and carton. Existing icewine references let you compare those proportions before commissioning a proprietary silhouette.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering ice wine bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

For your existing super-flint spirits design, the MOQ planning range is 6,000–12,000 pieces. Your selected glass, fitting and decoration determine the actual offer.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your ice wine bottles will work.

A small fill in a tall body

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A lower volume does not necessarily mean a shorter bottle. Slender icewine profiles can require substantial height in cartons or display fixtures.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your line and gift-box clearances should be compared with the full bottle drawing. The capacity alone cannot establish fit, especially when the closure and capsule extend the overall height.

Glass appearance with the wine inside

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Clear glass puts your wine colour on display. The shoulder and glass distribution can affect how the filled bottle appears.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your filled sample gives the brand team a practical way to review clarity, proportions and label position. The selected glass specification should match the appearance being approved.

The long neck and closure

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A long neck changes the visual relationship between cork, capsule and label. It also needs a closure specification appropriate to the bottle bore.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your cork or other closure reference and capsule dimensions belong in the same brief. The assembled sample allows opening, appearance and bottling compatibility to be assessed together.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your ice wine bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Cork and stopper

The selected neck bore must correspond to the closure. The intended opening experience forms part of sample evaluation.

Capsule

Capsule length and diameter follow the actual neck and closure. The assembled height matters for gift-box clearance.

Decorative neck finish

Any decorative treatment needs evaluation for the selected glass and closure arrangement rather than assumed compatibility.

Gift-box packing

Tall slender bottles need packing based on their actual dimensions. Inserts and separation contribute to the final shipment size.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected ice wine bottles.

Your icewine may already provide the focal colour. A narrow label, long capsule or selective printing can emphasise the tall profile. The decorated sample is useful for checking readability and alignment on a slim body.

WHEN THE SHAPE NEEDS TO CHANGE

Custom ice wine bottles development.

Your existing tall-bottle shortlist can establish the presentation without a new mould. A proprietary shoulder, neck length or footprint adds development work. Your gift-box and bottling clearances belong in the initial drawing brief.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your ice wine bottles.

The selected glass and closure need the same precise approval as a larger wine pack. A slim shape does not establish thermal, pressure or transport performance; the agreed specification and packing address those requirements.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order ice wine bottles.

Is a smaller icewine bottle always shorter?

No. Slender profiles may be taller than wider bottles of greater capacity. The actual height, including closure, should be compared with your equipment and packaging.

Can I use a standard wine cork?

The cork must match the selected bore and intended use. A long neck or an icewine product name does not establish the closure dimensions.

Can the bottle fit a gift box I already use?

Your internal box dimensions and insert layout need comparison with the complete bottle and closure. The drawing and assembled sample provide that reference.

Do you manufacture ice wine bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
