EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering glass roller bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your glass roller bottles will work.

The rollerball and the formula

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Different ball and housing combinations can apply a formula differently. The glass body alone does not establish the delivery or feel.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your actual formulation and intended application guide the component selection. An assembled sample lets the team assess movement, wetting and the amount delivered in normal use.

The housing and transport seal

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A roller used upright faces a different situation when carried in a bag. A cap that looks closed is not evidence of leakage performance.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your intended transport orientations and storage conditions belong in the evaluation. The housing, ball, bottle neck and cap need to be assessed as a complete package.

A small bottle with a large production count

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Compact bodies can make the visible product look simple, but fitment assembly and individual packing still affect the order.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your required assembly state, decoration and carton arrangement should be specified with quantities per design. The actual bottle and cap dimensions establish the packing reference.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your glass roller bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Rollerball

Material and geometry affect application and product contact. Selection should follow the actual formula and desired feel.

Housing

The housing holds the ball and connects it to the bottle. Its fit is specific to the chosen assembly.

Bottle neck

The neck specification needs to correspond to the housing, rather than merely sharing a visual diameter.

Protective cap

The cap contributes to the complete transport and use configuration. Its closure action needs physical assessment.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected glass roller bottles.

Your roller bottle has a compact artwork area. A clear label, glass colour or restrained printing keeps the pack legible. Your appearance sample includes the finished cap and ball assembly.

WHEN THE SHAPE NEEDS TO CHANGE

Custom glass roller bottles development.

An existing roll-on body may offer the right scale and identity. A custom mould becomes relevant when the grip, footprint or neck needs to change. Fitment compatibility remains a separate requirement throughout development.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your glass roller bottles.

Routine glass inspection does not establish leakage or application performance. Those properties require assessment of the complete roller assembly with the actual formula and intended handling.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order glass roller bottles.

Can roller bottles be carried in a handbag?

That use needs leakage and handling evaluation for the actual bottle, ball housing and cap. No general guarantee follows from the roll-on format.

Can I choose a metal or plastic ball?

Available materials can be reviewed for the selected assembly. Formula compatibility and the desired application feel should guide the choice.

Do the bottles arrive assembled?

The required assembly state belongs in the quotation. Your filling process may need components supplied separately rather than fitted to the bottle.

Do you manufacture glass roller bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
