Glass Dropper Bottles for Your Formula and Dispensing Brief

Your dropper bottle is only part of the dispensing package. The bulb, pipette and neck fit change how your formula dispenses. You can compare the complete assembly alongside the glass colour and label area.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering glass dropper bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your glass dropper bottles will work.

Bulb material and formulation

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A bulb that works with one formula may not be suitable for another. The visible bottle does not identify every material in the assembly.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your product composition and intended contact conditions belong in the fitment brief. Bulb, pipette and closure information should be assessed for the actual formula before the package is approved.

Pipette reach and dispensing

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A pipette that is too short can leave an inconvenient amount of product behind. Its geometry also affects the user experience.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your bottle depth and intended dispensing action establish the pipette to evaluate. The assembled filled sample lets your team review reach, handling and delivery rather than assuming a standard tube suits every body.

Closure type and market requirements

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A plain dropper cap and a child-resistant or tamper-evident system are different specifications. Similar appearance is not evidence of certification.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your destination and intended use determine the required closure features and supporting documents. Any special compliance claim must relate to the tested assembly and its actual components.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your glass dropper bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Bulb

Material choice needs compatibility review with the actual formula and intended use.

Pipette

Length, tip and any graduation should suit the bottle and dispensing purpose.

Threaded cap

The closure must correspond to the selected bottle finish and seal arrangement.

Special closure systems

Child-resistant or tamper-evident features require their own specification and evidence for the complete assembly.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected glass dropper bottles.

Your label has a small curved surface to work with. A decorated bottle with its cap and dropper installed lets you assess legibility and the complete appearance.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your glass dropper bottles.

Glass inspection addresses your container, while dose, formula contact and special closure claims require separate evidence. Your approved package identifies the actual bulb, pipette, cap and bottle.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order glass dropper bottles.

Do all dropper bottles dispense the same drop size?

No fixed delivery should be assumed. The formula, pipette geometry and user action affect dispensing; any measured-dose claim needs its own validation.

Can I request a graduated pipette?

The graduation, length and intended measurement claim need a specific brief. Availability and suitability are assessed for the selected bottle and assembly.

Are child-resistant droppers automatically certified?

No. The relevant evidence must apply to the actual closure-and-bottle system and intended market, rather than to the appearance of the cap.

Do you manufacture glass dropper bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
