Glass Candle Jars for Your Candle Development

Your candle vessel holds the wax and becomes part of the room. Diameter, glass profile, finish and lid all influence the package you develop. Existing jar designs offer a visual starting point, while the actual candle formulation and burn testing establish suitability for use.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering glass candle jars from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your glass candle jars will work.

Internal diameter and the candle system

THE PURCHASE DECISION

The outside appearance does not establish the internal dimensions your candle development team needs. Wax, wick and fragrance create their own system.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your selected jar drawing and physical sample provide the dimensions for development. Wick selection and burn performance require evaluation with the actual candle formulation; they cannot be inferred from a catalogue photograph.

Glass suitability for the finished candle

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A container that can hold wax is not automatically validated for every candle formulation and use condition. Decoration can also change the complete product.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your candle-testing requirements need to accompany the selected vessel and finish. The actual filled product must be assessed before making a suitability claim, including the intended use instructions and end-of-life conditions.

The lid and its role

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A lid may protect the unlit candle or complete the gift presentation. Its appearance does not make it an extinguishing accessory.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your intended lid use and material should be specified with the jar. Fit, clearance and any liner or seal need physical review; use claims should only follow appropriate evidence.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your glass candle jars.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Metal lids

The rim and lid need a matched fit. Colour and printing can coordinate the unlit pack presentation.

Wood or bamboo covers

These add a different material finish. The fit and intended use require their own specification.

Lid inserts

Any liner, gasket or insert belongs to the complete assembly and needs evaluation for the chosen application.

Protective cartons

The vessel, lid and filled candle weight determine the carton and separation requirements.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected glass candle jars.

Your candle sample can combine an existing body with coating, frosting or a metallic-looking finish. The finished vessel belongs in your wax-and-wick evaluation. The chosen lid and label complete the appearance.

WHEN THE SHAPE NEEDS TO CHANGE

Custom glass candle jars development.

Your candle concept may call for a particular diameter, proportion or silhouette. Existing bodies provide the first comparison; custom tooling adds a new shape without replacing the vessel, wax and wick evaluation.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your glass candle jars.

Glass-mouth and capacity checks do not certify a finished candle. Burn testing and suitability evaluation must cover the actual wax, wick, fragrance, vessel and finish used in your product.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order glass candle jars.

Are all glass jars suitable for candles?

No. The vessel and complete candle system need appropriate suitability and burn testing. Holding wax or appearing in a candle category is not a certification.

Can I select a wick from the jar capacity alone?

No. Internal dimensions and the actual wax and fragrance system are relevant. Your candle-development testing establishes the appropriate configuration.

Can a candle lid be used to extinguish the flame?

That should not be assumed. The lid’s intended function and any use claim need appropriate evidence for the selected material and complete candle.

Do you manufacture glass candle jars in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
