Your packaging moves through different technical decisions. This sequence separates the container specification from the finishing and release work.

Specification & mould
Your drawing records the shape, capacity, neck finish and design details before tooling or existing-design selection.

Glass forming
Forming equipment shapes the container. The chosen glass and design determine the relevant production route.

Annealing & cold end
Controlled cooling follows forming. At the cold end, the container becomes available for inspection and subsequent handling.

Inspection
Both production areas inspect mouth and sealing surfaces and check capacity. Residual-stress reporting is available on request.

Decoration & packing
Your approved artwork, closure and packing requirements define the finished package.

The actual packed dimensions and order quantity support the loading and delivery scope.
The glass bottle specification starts with your product.
An existing mould gives your project a defined shape to assess. A new shape begins with your reference or drawing, intended capacity and closure requirements.
Your bottle drawing and physical samples serve different purposes. Dimensions define the design; a sample lets you examine the shape, finish and appearance together.
Glass forming follows the selected material and shape.
MAIDAO INDUSTRY operates 14 production lines across Shandong and Xuzhou. Shandong produces flint and super flint glass, while our own Xuzhou factory produces flint glass.
The production network uses IS forming equipment. Shandong also has NNPB lightweighting capability; suitability belongs to the selected design and production route.

Surface treatment has a defined production scope.
Hot-end and cold-end coating are available in Shandong. These production treatments are separate from decorative colour and branding applied to a finished container.
Your decoration brief can include screen printing, spraying, frosting, hot stamping, plating or labelling, subject to the selected glass and finish. Our own deep-processing operation is in Shandong.
Glass bottle inspection continues beyond appearance.
Both areas check mouth and sealing surfaces on every piece. Shandong combines machine inspection with manual rechecks; Xuzhou uses manual inspection and audit samples every 2 hours.
Capacity checks are routine in both areas. Residual-stress reports are available with your order on request. The tests for a complete bottle-and-closure package need to match your application.
Your packaging specification reaches the shipping carton.
The glass dimensions, closure and decoration affect how the finished package fits its carton. Dividers, pallet arrangement and destination requirements belong in the packing discussion.
Your loading plan needs the actual bottle and carton dimensions. A general container estimate cannot replace a plan for the selected package.

What glass does MAIDAO manufacture?
Our production primarily uses soda-lime glass, with flint and super flint options. Any exceptional material specification needs confirmation for the individual design.
Does every production area use the same inspection equipment?
No. Shandong uses machine inspection with manual rechecks. Xuzhou uses manual inspection and audit samples every 2 hours. Mouth and sealing-surface inspection covers 100% of pieces in both areas.
