Wine Bottles for Your Wine, Closure and Bottling Line

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering wine bottles from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your wine bottles will work.

The profile and your handling line

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A familiar wine profile can still vary in height, diameter, shoulder and base. Those differences affect cartons, labels and handling.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your existing bottle reference and line clearances establish practical comparison points. The selected drawing and sample let the team assess the full profile before adopting a different bottle.

Cork or screw closure

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Changing closure type can affect the neck, equipment and consumer opening experience. The same nominal capacity does not make the bottle interchangeable.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your closure supplier’s specification and bottling setup should accompany the design choice. Neck geometry and the complete assembly need approval before caps, corks or printed capsules are ordered.

Still wine or sparkling wine

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A still-wine bottle should not be assumed suitable for a sparkling product. The visible profile is not a pressure specification.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your wine process and pressure requirements belong in the technical brief. The selected glass and closure need relevant evidence for that configuration before the package can be approved.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your wine bottles.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Cork finish

The bore and intended cork must correspond. Cork insertion and extraction expectations form part of the assembly review.

Screw finish

The selected bottle neck and cap need a matched specification for the intended bottling equipment.

Capsules and foils

Your approved neck and closure define the capsule dimensions and application method. The artwork review uses that assembly.

Sparkling closures

Any pressure-related closure system requires product-specific evidence and matching bottle geometry; it is not a cosmetic alternative.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected wine bottles.

Your label panel follows the body profile, while neck labels and capsules depend on the shoulder and finish. Clear, green or other listed glass options also change the filled appearance. The actual bottle sample is the reference for artwork placement.

WHEN THE SHAPE NEEDS TO CHANGE

Custom wine bottles development.

An existing wine profile may already suit the brand and bottling setup. New tooling can create a proprietary shoulder, embossed feature or footprint, but the closure and line-handling requirements need to remain part of the design.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your wine bottles.

Glass-mouth and capacity checks do not establish a sparkling-wine pressure specification. Your selected wine bottle, closure and process need their own suitability evidence and agreed inspection requirements.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order wine bottles.

Can I put sparkling wine in a still-wine bottle?

That should not be assumed. Sparkling products require a specifically suitable bottle-and-closure configuration supported by the relevant technical evidence.

Do all wine bottles of one capacity have the same height?

No. Profile, shoulder and base design change external dimensions. The selected drawing determines the fit in cartons, equipment and display spaces.

Can the same label fit Bordeaux and Burgundy profiles?

The usable label area and curvature may differ. Your label size and application process should be checked against each selected bottle.

Do you manufacture wine bottles in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
