Your sauce recipe changes the opening and reducer that work well in use. Thin sauces and recipes with visible pieces can need different dispensing arrangements. You can compare the bottle, cap and reducer as one package before approving the label.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.
Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.
Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.
Prepare a category enquiry →Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.
Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.
For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

THE PURCHASE DECISION
A pour opening suitable for a thin sauce can be frustrating with a thicker recipe or visible pieces. The same bottle can behave differently with a different insert.
THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL
Your sauce viscosity and largest particles establish what the dispensing sample needs to demonstrate. The bottle neck, reducer and cap should be evaluated as one assembly using the actual product.
THE PURCHASE DECISION
A screw cap and a lug closure follow different sealing arrangements. A decorative neck band should not be mistaken for a validated closure system.
THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL
Your chosen bottle finish and filling process establish the cap to review. Any shrink band, liner or tamper-evident component belongs in the complete pack specification before artwork approval.
THE PURCHASE DECISION
A slim bottle can make a small quantity look tall, while a wider body offers more label area. Neither appearance tells you how the bottle will handle on your line.
THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL
Your sample review can compare filled level, label position and handling with the closure installed. Outside dimensions and glass weight also contribute to the final packing and shipment plan.
THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.
The opening needs to suit the actual sauce. Insert retention and the bottle finish are part of the pairing.
Your cap and liner must correspond to the neck specification and intended process, rather than capacity alone.
A lug-finish bottle takes a different closure route. The selected glass and cap need review together.
Bands and seals depend on the cap and neck geometry. Their material and application belong in the project brief.
YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN
Your label panel, neck band and cap colour have to fit the actual body. A decorated sample lets you compare artwork placement alongside the filled level and handling.

A new mould is relevant when your own neck, grip or silhouette is essential. You can also compare an existing body with a different cap, reducer or artwork before choosing that route.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS
Your bottle-mouth checks address the finish specification. Filling, cooling and dispensing trials then evaluate your complete sauce pack with the actual recipe and intended process.
100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.
Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS
Reducer compatibility depends on the selected neck and insert specification. The actual sauce is also needed to assess the pouring experience.
Suitability must be evaluated for the chosen glass, closure and your filling and cooling conditions. The product name alone is not a process approval.
A different reducer or opening may be enough, but the answer comes from the product and dispensing trial. A new mould is only one possible route.
