That depends on the selected glass, lid, mechanism and gasket. A clip-top appearance alone is not an airtightness guarantee; your required sealing performance needs evaluation on the assembly.

Can I create a matching canister set?

A set can be developed from compatible existing designs or considered as a custom range. The capacities, external dimensions, closure style and decoration should be reviewed together.

Can storage jars go in a dishwasher?

Cleaning suitability must be checked for the whole product, including decoration, metal hardware and seals. It should not be inferred from the glass body alone.
