Glass Spice Jars with the Dispensing System Your Blend Needs

Your glass spice jars need an opening suited to the blend. A fine powder, coarse herb and peppercorn call for different dispensing options. MAIDAO GLASS offers existing bodies to compare with your selected shaker, grinder or storage lid.

EXISTING DESIGNS · MOQ, SAMPLES & DELIVERY

Ordering glass spice jars from the manufacturer.

Your chosen design, finish and packing define the quotation; a new glass body follows the separate custom-development route.

Quantity, components and packing

Your existing-design MOQ depends on the chosen bottle or jar, quantity per size and decoration. Mixed designs can share a container; each design retains its own quoted minimum.

Your quote can use EXW or FOB with a named location. The selected glass, fittings, packing and destination determine your landed-cost comparison.

Samples for your chosen reference

Your sample request identifies the size, fittings and the filling or use conditions to evaluate.

Your available plain stock-glass samples are free; you cover the courier. Decoration, fittings and custom tooling are confirmed separately.

For your planning, existing-design orders use a 15–20 day reference after confirmation and sample approval. Your quotation confirms availability, decoration and the dispatch date.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER

The details that decide whether your glass spice jars will work.

Dispensing your actual blend

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A shaker that works for a fine powder may be frustrating with coarse leaves. A grinder changes the closure system again.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your particle size, flow and serving method establish the fitment to trial. The jar and dispensing part should be sampled together with the actual seasoning, rather than selected as unrelated accessories.

The opening beneath the cap

THE PURCHASE DECISION

Similar-looking spice jars can have different neck finishes or insert seats. The body capacity does not identify the correct cap.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your existing cap or grinder specification gives the matching exercise a concrete reference. The jar drawing and assembled sample can then be assessed against the fitment and the way you fill the product.

Protection between uses

THE PURCHASE DECISION

A display lid, pouring opening and sealed retail cap serve different purposes. Repeated opening also needs to feel practical in the kitchen.

THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL

Your requirements for initial sealing, everyday dispensing and reclosure belong in one pack brief. Any liner or seal must suit the selected opening and intended product; appearance is only one part of approval.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

Fittings and pack details for your glass spice jars.

Your chosen body and accessories define the assembly to review.

Sifter and pour caps

Hole size and opening format affect the way your seasoning dispenses. The actual blend is part of the sample trial.

Grinder assemblies

Your grinder selection starts with the jar finish, head attachment and intended spice.

Solid lids and seals

A closed lid can support a different retail or refill format. The liner and sealing requirement remain configuration-specific.

Spoons and specialist fitments

A spoon, brush or other serving tool adds dimensions to the brief. Its access and fit depend on the opening and body.

YOUR BRAND ON AN EXISTING DESIGN

Decoration for your selected glass spice jars.

Your spice range may depend on easy recognition in a crowded rack. A consistent label position and lid treatment can connect different blends while leaving room for the product to show. Decoration on ribs or shaped shoulders needs its own physical approval.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTS

Inspection and evidence for your glass spice jars.

The glass finish and dispensing assembly need separate checks. A properly inspected jar does not establish grinder performance, blend flow or moisture protection for a complete filled package.

Mouth and sealing surface

100% checks in both production areas. Our quality overview explains the inspection method used in each production area.

Capacity and reports

Your requested reports need the quoted glass, fittings, decoration and stated test scope.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Before you order glass spice jars.

Can I use the grinder head I already buy?

The head can be evaluated against the selected jar finish and attachment method. Your existing grinder and jar specification are more useful than a broad request for a matching capacity.

Do all spice jars use the same sifter cap?

No. Neck finishes and insert arrangements vary. The selected jar, cap and any sifter insert need a matched specification.

Can a spice jar fit my existing retail rack?

The outside width, height with its cap and shelf clearance determine that fit. Your rack dimensions should be compared with the actual selected jar drawing.

Do you manufacture glass spice jars in China?

Yes. Your supplier is MAIDAO GLASS, the glass-packaging brand of MAIDAO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, established in 2005. Production relationships and inspection records are available through our quality overview.
